Dear Friend of the Festival,

2013 marks our 31st festival! Happy Anniversary to us! We feel so fortunate to be able to continue and grow this wonderful event. A look back over the years will reveal just how far we have come in that time. NTIF has grown to be one of the largest Celtic Festivals in the United States and its organizers have been recognized throughout the world for their dedication to preserving traditional Celtic cultures and providing a quality venue for all types of Celtic performers.

The festival has grown in size from a beginning on one afternoon at a local Irish Pub with an audience of about 600 dedicated Irish music fans to a three day event hosting more than 70,000 people, some of whom are being introduced to this music and culture for the first time. None of it could have happened without you. NTIF has unarguably the most stalwart supporters of any event of this type, and we want you to know how much we appreciate you. Therefore, our individual sponsors shall now be known as our NTIFamily, and this designation will appear on your All Access Badges. This will differentiate you from our corporate sponsors, and other VIPs, and let everyone know how special you are to us.

The economic climate in the country remains very unsettled, the turbulence only increasing in the wake of the recent debt debates. The uncertainty leads everyone to be a little wary and very conscious of how and where their money is being spent. We are making changes that we feel are necessary to ensure the continued viability of the festival. These aren't all comfortable changes, but are needed. We continue to use our resources responsibly, and budget ourselves properly, and we feel that we provide a tremendous value for dollars spent. We need your financial support more than ever this year, and want you to join with us in celebrating the festival that we have all had a hand in creating.

An NTIFamily donation enables you to support this terrific festival while enjoying some great benefits including VIP passes, complimentary T-shirts and programs, additional weekend passes for your friends and family, and the opportunity to join our festival staff and musicians in the festival hospitality suite, and in our new VIP only area next to the Shannon Stage. For our very special sponsors we include a complimentary weekend stay at the Festival Hotel. Please take a moment to read through the various sponsorship packages that we are offering this year and become an exclusive part of the rich tradition that is the North Texas Irish Festival. Your donation is also fully tax deductible, less the value of goods received.
